1. Do you accept medical aid?

Yes. Neovision accepts most medical aid plans in South Africa.

 

2. Can more than one person benefit from a promotion?

No, unfortunately not. All our buy one, get one free promotions are for one person.

 

3. How much does a child's eye test cost?

Eye tests for adults and children cost R190.

 

4. Where are you located?

We have branches in the Western Cape. To find a branch near you, select the branches in the drop-down menu above.

 

5. What is the warranty on my pair of glasses?

All our eyewear have a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

 

6. Can I provide my own frames and get my prescription lenses put in them?

Yes. Please contact your nearest branch for more information and to obtain a quote.

 

7. What medical aids do you work with?

We work with most medical aids, including Discovery, Gems and Medihelp. Contact your nearest branch to find out if they will accept your medical aid plan.

 

8.  Can I purchase sunglasses on my medical aid?

Yes. Depending on your type of cover, we offer prescription sunglasses on your medical aid.

 

9.  How long will it take to get my glasses (or contact lenses)?

It takes about 7 working days after we have your prescription to prepare your new glasses or contact lenses.
