How much does an eye test cost?
All our comprehensive eye tests are only R190, whether you’re an adult, child, or pensioner.
How long does it take for my glasses or contact lenses to arrive?
It takes about 7 working days after we have your prescription to prepare your new glasses or contact lenses.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, please book an appointment with your nearest store in advance. You can find your nearest store’s contact details here.
Do you accept medical aid?
We accept most medical aid plans in South Africa but it’s best to call your nearest store directly to confirm whether they accept your plan.
Can I purchase sunglasses on my medical aid?
Yes. Depending on your type of cover, we offer prescription sunglasses on your medical aid.
Do you offer lay-bys?
No, we do not offer lay-by. We do however offer the option of paying 50% at consultation and the rest upon collection.
Do you offer any special prices for kids or pensioners?
We believe our existing offers are so good, that all ages benefit from it.

Can more than one person benefit from a special offers?

Can I pay a deposit on a special offer?
Yes, you can pay for the test as well as a 50% deposit and then the balance on collection.
Do you repair glasses?
We do offer repairs but we always recommend that you bring the glasses in first so we can evaluate whether they can be repaired or not.
What is the warranty on my pair of glasses?
All our eyewear have a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Can I provide my own frames and get my prescription lenses put in them?
