About Prianka Cuppusamy

Prianka graduated with a Bachelors degree in Optometry at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Always being captivated by the Mother City, when it beckoned she relocated to embark on her career as a practising optometrist.

Leaving Durban, her home town at a young age, she was eager to explore new opportunities by working for an array of established practices in the southern suburbs. This enabled her to grow professionally and expand her knowledge and clinical skills. Her favourite part about being an optometrist is meeting and developing patient-practitioner relationships, whilst maintaining a highly professional work ethic.

Prianka provides comprehensive ocular examinations with diagnostic skills to manage ocular pathology as well as provides treatment options.

Imbued with an entrepreneurial spirit and constantly being on the forefront of optical innovations she also enjoys art, fashion, music, travelling and photography. This is one of the reasons she has joined the Neovision team.

She is also a humanitarian and an instrumental member involved in an out reach charity organization called the Lifestyle Movement.

Her mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive and to do so with kindness, passion and compassion.
