Can I purchase sunglasses on my medical aid?

Yes. Depending on your plan, we offer prescription sunglasses that can be covered by medical aid.

Can more than one person benefit from a special offer?

Unfortunately not. All our special offers are non-transferable. View our special offers here.

How much does an eye test cost?

All our eye tests are only R190 – for adults, children and pensioners.

Do you offer lay-bys?

Unfortunately not. However, we do offer you the option of paying 70% at consultation and the balance upon collection.

Can I pay a deposit on a special offer?

Yes, you can pay for the test as well as a 70% deposit and then the balance upon collection.

How long does it take for my glasses or contact lenses to arrive?

It takes about 7 – 10 working days after we have determined your prescription.

Do you offer discount for children or pensioners?

We believe our existing offers are so great that all ages benefit from them!

Do you repair glasses?

Yes. However, we do recommend that you first bring in your glasses so we can evaluate whether they can be repaired or not.

What is the warranty on my pair of glasses?

All our frames and lenses have a manufacturer’s warranty valid for two years from date of purchase.

Do you accept medical aid?

We accept most medical aid plans. Do contact your nearest store directly to confirm whether they accept your plan.

Neovision Frame and Lenses Manufacturer’s warranty

A Neovision store provides a manufacturer’s warranty valid for 2 years from date of purchase on all frames and lenses.

The manufacturer’s warranty includes: Repair and replacement costs due to faulty products, parts or issues that stem from the manufacturing process.

The manufacturer’s warranty excludes: Fair wear and tear. Abuse, improper use or neglect
